BREM is looking for - Facility Manager
SEEKING STRONG, EXPERIENCED, TAKE-CHARGE COMMERCIAL FACILITY MANAGER to manage the daily operations of commercial office building(s).
- A BA in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting/Finance or related field
- 5+ years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience
- Experience with building systems in high-rise facilities.
- A strong working knowledge of MS Programs and Yardi Voyager
- Experience with construction projects, to include bidding, reviewing pricing, awarding and overseeing the work.
- Strong and effective communication skills and exceptional people skills
- The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and have excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure and display exemplary time management skills
